Returns & Cancellations
BetterChemist offers our customers a 100%, money back guarantee on most of our products. In the event of you not being happy with any product you have order from us, then simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund, credit or exchange to the address below.
Please note products can only be sent back if they are in perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original undamaged packaging and not used or consumed. Once opened and / or used; products cannot be returned to us for a refund. Also products of a cosmetic or personal care nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.
Medicines are exempt from the requirment to accept returns under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 (UK) as there is no way for us to guarantee the intergrity or saftey of the medication once it has been dispatched and outside of our control..
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (we suggest that you request a proof of postage certificate or even send to us via recorded delivery) or you can e-mail.

Please include your details and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages.. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.
We will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
